Anchor Piece, operated by Anchor Piece, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases — including one-time look packs, the Closet Expansion, and Stylist Pro subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within thirty (30) days of the order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and locate the order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Reply directly to your purchase receipt from Paddle, or
  • Contact us through the support channel listed on your receipt and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Subscriptions

For Stylist Pro, you can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. A refund for the most recent renewal can be requested via Paddle within the 30-day window described above.

Look packs and Closet Expansion

One-time look packs and the Closet Expansion are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Where significant pack credits have already been consumed, Paddle may issue a partial refund reflecting unused credits at its discretion.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or cancellation rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law (for example, the EU/UK right of withdrawal). Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to your purchase.
